This place is very unprofessional. The mechanic came out and found out he "didn't have a part" to complete the job and stated that he would be back when he get what he needed but trust he would get us on the road. When I checked our bank account a little after he left I noticed that they charged over 200 dollars for a job that wasn't done. Then the customer center is in CA so that's 3 hours behind us and don't have no clue what they mechanics can do. They are very unorganized we was put on hold constantly, one person said that they didn't charge our card the mechanic did, then another said that Isaac would be back at 7pm today, then the last one said they would refund us the money and it would be on the card 2-3 days (now we have to wait with no work done) . O and my husband called the mechanic Isaac who said that he did not have an appointment with us today and never mentioned when he would be back or anything. But one of the customer service agents said that Isaac said he didn't want to do because he didn't have the tool. Learn how to communicate with customers and be honest with them.
