Attorney CDestine Couch provided me with exceptional service. I was unable to find any attorneys in Durham that felt competent to take on an issue that I was having with the former sellers of a house but he jumped in and got my issue solved with ease and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend Couch & Associates.

I read the reviews for this law firm way too late. However the lack of communication and professionalism holds true. I should have realized something wasn't right when I didn't hear back from Cdestine Couch for WEEKS after he took my information. I had to reach out to him. 4 months after retaining him and we still had never met face to face. Things were happening and he would not respond to emails, call his cell and he would never answer and his message box was full. He claimed attempts to reach me were unsuccessful but the number he listed wasn't even my number LOL! He's full of it and refuses to take accountability. Instead he tried to turn it around on me by referencing "the tone of my email", after I voiced my concern about him not being available. So I guess you aren't suppose to be able to have a voice with this law firm and should you, they (Cdestine) will file a motion to withdraw from your case AND THANK GOD. I already had planned to fire them today and already had a replacement when he finally decided to respond to my emails some 3 days later and helped confirm my decision to do so. This is what happens when you try to support black business... If you have a personal injury case GO ELSEWHERE!!!! They waste valuable time by not communicating with their clients. I'm looking into filing a complaint as I have wasted 4 months on this law firm.
