I can't express how utterly disappointed and frustrated I am with Adwerks. My experience with them over the past year has been nothing short of a complete waste of time and money. Despite their flashy promises and supposed expertise in online advertising, the reality is far from what they claim. From the outset, I was lured in by their slick marketing pitch, promising increased visibility, leads, and conversions for my business. However, what followed was a year of broken promises, unfulfilled commitments, and a severe lack of results. It's as if they disappeared into thin air after taking my hard-earned money. I reached out to them numerous times, expressing my concerns and dissatisfaction with the lack of progress. Shockingly, my attempts to communicate were met with indifference and excuses. It's evident that their customer service is nonexistent, and they have no regard for the impact their failures have on their clients. Not only did they fail to deliver the promised results, but they also wasted an entire year of my valuable time. In the fast-paced world of online business, a year is an eternity, and I cannot afford to squander it on empty promises and incompetence. To anyone considering Adwerks, I implore you to think twice. Save yourself the frustration, disappointment, and financial loss that I have endured. There are countless other reputable advertising agencies out there that actually deliver on their promises and value their clients. Adwerks is not one of them. In conclusion, my experience with Adwerks has been a regrettable chapter in my business journey. I strongly advise anyone reading this to explore alternative options for their online advertising needs and steer clear of this company.

Horrible experience. I tried to create an ad for a listing. I had questions so I emailed the person in the email that reached out to me. After days of no reply, I worked on it some more looking all over their site trying to find answers. I tried emailing the contact person again. Several days later no response. I emailed support. The response did not even answer my question. It was a generic reply with we offer multiple services which are you interested in trying. Clearly support is horrible from the contact people to the support team. Two weeks later and still no answer. I will try another service. So disappointing. ****Edit**** While I appreciate your reply, the fact is your support team has still not responded. This further solidifies how poor your support is. Again thank you for responding but you did not reach out then or now.
