Lavonda has been extremely helpful from the first day I interacted with her. I was assisting a friend with his insurance needs and she was very kind to walk me thru the tasks that needed to be completed to be sure his insurance was in place and valid. When he ultimately passed away, she was there to assist again in helping me be sure that everything was wrapped up as it should have been. She did a great job of "shopping" around to check with various insurance companies to check for the best rate at the time. This was very much appreciated when assisting someone else, you want to make sure you are getting the best value for the money. Thank you for your A+ service over the last 2+ years!

Super unhappy with this company. I was in a pinch for insurance and gave them all the information about my situation upfront. They quoted me one price and I went ahead and signed, and maybe a day or two later they increased my price because they failed to run my information as they shouldve in the first place, even though I told them ahead of time. Then they tried to raise my price yet again because they failed to check their email where I sent the documents they needed claiming I didnt. At the time they said when my situation changed a little they would explore my rates again, now when the time came that it did change theyre saying my rate will stay the same regardless. I will be switching agents and will never recommend this company to anyone. Its been nothing but bait and switch with them this entire time and Im extremely frustrated and disappointed.
