One of the worst haircut ever had! The hair is uneven, some place there are bunch of long hairs! I had the beard trim which they screwed the mustache, such that I cannot even look at myself at mirror! I shaved them all!

Tete is the best. I'm always satisfied when she cuts my hair. I don't let anybody else touch my head but her.

The staff was kind. I checked in online, but somehow my booking was kicked out and they allowed a couple to go ahead of my group. My son got a good cut. However, my daughter and I did not. All we got was a trim, but I knew once I got home to brush it out, it wasnt going to be even. Very jagged & uneven. During the cut, my hair wasnt completely brushed out. My daughter and I have long hairthe gentleman that cut our hair used CLIPPERS to give us a trimI requested a shampoo, but was told due to low-staffing, they werent doing that service. After getting home and brushing my hair out, seeing how uneven my hair was, I found another salon nearby, and they fixed both mine and my daughters bad haircut from Great Clips. Unfortunately, I cant recommend this location.

I called before I went for a haircut to see if Julie was working. Robin told me that she is coming in at 4:00 PM. My wife and I arrived 3:30PM. I walk in and I asked is Julie is coming at 4:00 PM? the Asian lady was very rude and said who is Julie and I repeated that I called and was told that she is coming at 4:00PM. I asked her don't you have a schedule? she decided to look the schedule and replied that Julie working in another store. I asked her to give me the address and she said that she did not know. In the meantime Robin came over and looked the schedule and said Julie is coming at 4:00PM, and I waited for Julie. I was very frustrated, Julie gave us a proffesional haircut, she was very polite and friendly. Very happy with Julie. Matt Stavrakakis
