        Our wedding flowers were breathtaking. They were exactly what I pictured in my head and described to Jane! She was so sweet during our planning process. I couldnt believe how large and full the flowers were. Everyone loved them!!

        I paid $60.00 for an arrangement that ended up costing me almost $90.00 with fee, tax, and handling. Photo shows what was delivered, and it was a one sided arrangement. We are so extremely disappointed. Owner did respond, but when I called her she gave me the run around and basically refused to make it right. Purchase at your out risk.

        First time I had gone to Divine Designs. I went because I needed a balloon bouquet for my special needs, son. He loves balloons . The balloon bouquet was beautiful! The balloons were ready early. They are very kind and customer service is excellent. Prices are good! Try them!!

      Brenda, please reach out to me at the shop. I'm happy to discuss this with you. What we delivered looked like the picture on the website that you picked out. However I'm sorry you are not happy with it. It is displayed as a 3 sided arrangement so they are not all the way around. Your order was less than $81 which included the delivery fee and tax. I always recommend when possible to call us direct or come in the shop to pick out what you want. 9195961228. Again, I'm sorry you were not satisfied with your purchase. Thank You, Jane
