This store is absolutely incredible the flowers are so beautiful I can tell it was done with so much love!! This was for my gf and shes sooo happy with her flowers!!! Thank you guys sooo much

I cannot even begin to tell you the depths of our disappointment with Miriam's. Our experience includes them providing the wrong order, refusing to make it right without charging us, blaming us, and hanging up on us...and this was while grieving for a recently deceased family member. My wife ordered a military arrangement through FTD online. Miriam's delivered the wrong thing...no military items as clearly shown online. My wife called to ask to make it right. The employee told my wife there would be additional charge to add flags and additional charge to deliver. My wife explained that she had ordered what was online and had already paid, and that it was their mistake. The employee said we should not have used FTD, and reiterated the only way is for us to pay them. The employee hung up on my wife. We contacted FTD and who acknowledged the issue and immediately gave a refund. Our experience with Miriam's was simply unbelievable.
