        During a 10 night stay, a barking dog in the middle of the night, left alone in a room by an irresponsible pet owner forced us to change our room, since management would not otherwise address the problem by moving or removing the offending guest. The rooms are tired and in need of deep cleaning and carpet replacement. Broken faucet on the vanity, a toilet that ran incessantly - issues reported using the QR code based feedback form (posted in the room and throughout the hotel) went unanswered. The daily breakfast featured "hot" food served lukewarm at best.

        For the kitchen, I suggest having a small bottle of kitchen dish soap. Also, I realize the refrigerator makes ice but there should be an ice machine in the hall. All in all, very clean and friendly staff.
