        I've always brought my dresses to be altered here because they are always done so well. She takes the time to measure and give suggestions and when I pick it up and try it on.. it's always perfect.

        BEWARE LADIES IF YOU NEED A BRIDAL PARTY DRESS DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! Took my dress for minor alterations and the dress is completely ruined the inner material and Satan were sewn separated and you can see the inside of my dress and their thread errors so disappointing and when I called the worker was rude and defensive demanding that I come in the day of the wedding it's ridiculous

      Our policy for fitted alterations are that measurements confirmed by the customer are final and we do not do reworks. However, on a case by case basis, for alterations that need adjustments, we approve reworks and kindly request the customer bring back the item in question and try the clothes that need adjusting with the seamstress so fit adjustments can be made with more accuracy. We apologize that you did not get to try on the dress before the event day. The seamstress on site with 35 years of experience can make adjustments as rush work in just an hour or two if it is needed. In the future, please make sure to try on all orders with alterations either at the store or at home before it is needed.
