I like the store itself but, 1. I don't like the way they've hid the jewelry section behind stuff and it's not clearly labeled where it is and they NEVER answer their phone so if you look something up and it says it's available there, there is no way to verify this.

Every time we carry jugs of water they stop us, as if we were going to steal it, everything we buy is on the ticket and checking thing by thing, I wear shoes and check number by number to see if they were, it's very annoying, it makes you want to not to come back, all the times they have stopped us it is because we are carrying jugs of water, people passing by us with quite a few bags and they don't check them, I mean this buying water is a delicate thing or what's going on? Is it protocol? Is it a racial issue? What is the problem? But it's really very uncomfortable, it makes you want to never come back.
