The most unprofessional Situation I’ve EVER had with an Attorney. We had a consultation, after the consultation I asked for a break down of what needed to be paid and what to expect moving forward IE (Hourly rate, motions etc etc) I was told I would get a break down emailed to me. A week later the breakdown still hasn’t come and I was being told that the hourly rate was different from what we were told AND that to retain the attorney (I will find her name and post it) it would be a certain price. Since the prices we were told from the receptionist (Multiple times without confirmation from the attorney) differed from what was told to us. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional EVERY time we spoke to her (About once a day until we got the call from the attorney). A week later we pay what we were told by the receptionist to retain (Against my better judgement since there was no consistency with the office and the attorney). Then all of a sudden we get a call 4 Hrs after FROM THE ATTORNEY FINALLY, telling us that the retainer fee was 1k more than what we were told by the receptionist but that the hourly rate was wrong as well. This is after speaking with the receptionist everyday for 5-6 days. The Attorney had a nasty attitude and said it was a miscommunication issue. 1k is NOT a miscommunication issue. It’s a foundational issue, one that was met with nasty attitudes and bold faced lies. I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE retaining someone from this Firm.

I hired John Griffin last year (2020) for a traffic case. Throughout the entire process, if i needed a question answered, he would respond in a timely manner. He is very knowledgable and very professional. He insured that he would try his best to give me the best outcome. He did what he said he would do and I couldn't have asked for more.
