Total waste of almost 5K. I don't recommend register tape advertising at all. Lesson learned.

I signed up with this company to do some advertising at dollar general. We were told originally this would be a six month contract, but then told later that it was a one-year contract. We wanted to change stores and it was agreed-upon by our representative Raman. However, we were never told that there would be a four month gapbBefore our ad was active at the new store and deactivated at the old store and we were being charge for the months where zero advertising was done. Stay away from this company!!!

Do not waist your money with them. They promise alot and give you nothing. They charge your card with out warning and lie about payment dates!

This company is the biggest scam and steals from small businesses. After being extremely dissatisfied with them, as they breached contract, I called the number on the card left by the rep that set us up which had been disconnected. That was my first red flag. Upon calling the company mainline, I was connected with Customer Service rep AJ who said he would email/call me back after checking with the store in which we were running ads. He never called back. I called 4/5 times that week (not including the times that when going through the phone menu and asking to speak with a shopperlocal rep it would disconnect me completely), each time saying that he would call me back. Every time I was ignored, even leaving voicemails. AJ then gave me two numbers of his superiors. The first number he gave me of a man named Kevin was a disconnected line (I double checked the number with AJ twice to make sure he gave me the right number). I then called the manager Marshall whose voicemail was full. I never received a call back. I called again a couple of days later and Marshall picked up, letting me know that he was going to check in on things and get back to me by that afternoon. He never did. I called him again the next couple of days. My call was ignored. I then called the customer service line again and Neha answered. She let me know that they would end our relationship, but we we must make another payment. Do not work with this company.
EDIT: After reading my review, it is clear that this company does in fact care about their reputation. I received a notice that the charge mentioned above would be waived and they would continue to run our ad till the end of our current cycle without any additional charges. I am grateful that Neha worked diligently to repair our relationship. I have updated my review to reflect the changes that were made on the company side and hope that this incident can be used as learning opportunity to show the importance of communication and customer relations.

As the director of a marketing agency, I work with AdCart, a division of Shopper Local. I've never reached out to them for customer service, because I've never had to. They approach me. I order. And everything goes off without a hitch. The advertising I've purchased through AdCart has been strong and has produced measurable ROI for local business.
Update: We had a need for customer service with AdCart, because a single store remodeled and threw out all their carts. Before I could get around to calling AdCart / Shopper Local, my AdCart representative emailed me with a solution that was completely fair to me and got me 100% of my advertising value. So when I need customer service, I find them to be so proactive, that I still don't need to call them. Very efficient and effective service.
