        Returning customer that will keep returning due to great customer service and how quickly they were able to get a tire ordered, delivered and on my car all within a few hours! Ive dealt with 2 people so far, Allen previously and most recently Chris. They were both super efficient and took the time to explain things to me! 10/10!

        Very disappointed. The front desk staff was all very friendly and welcoming. However, when Chris looked at my car (which had a nail in one tire) he told me that all 4 tires should get replaced. My tires are about half way through their lifespan, giving them ~40k left on their life. He quoted me ~$1200 for the job. I refused, obviously. I took it to Pep Boys and they replaced the one tire for less than $250.

      Sara, thank you for bringing this to our attention, and sorry that you had a bad experience. We agree that there was plenty of tread left on the tires, but the issue was that the tires are severely dry rotted and can cause a problem. We apologize if we did not make this clear enough to you.
