This location of Gerber Collision has been wonderful since Mark took over as manager. He has helped me repair my car on several occasions, both quickly and efficiently. His current staff goes above and beyond to help in whatever way they can! While for my sake I hope to not return anytime soon, I'd highly recommend taking your car to this location if you're looking for repairs after an accident, etc.

So Ive been to this place about a handful of times for maintenance on my Audi. I have to say the service is bar none. Melody, shes my girl. Super personable and shes timely in her responses. So really appreciate her 10/10 customer service. Mark, he came in like a force. When I got my glass repaired initially, one of the techs forgot to plug my door back in. So Mark did the work for free and checked out any additional diagnostics I should be made aware of. He got me in and out in under an hour. I highly recommend this location. The folks are great here. Everyone was nice, but it took way too long to get my car fixed. It was stolen in July, I got it back a few weeks later. The car was still missing a roof molding and a pin stripe. Small stuff, I could drive it. It took til October to get the pieces and put them in my car. Services: Painting, Auto glass repair, Body & Trim
