        I paid him a retainer fee and he never responded back to me and when the paralegal did some work charged me lawyer hours for one letter. When I complain they drop me and kept part of the retainer.

In addition, not informing the client with important update legal matters from the courts and opposing parties. To include, not forwarding legal documents from the courts or imposing parties to the client to make sound legal decisions on case matters.
