        So far my experience has been great. I worked with April and she is absolutely outstanding. I don't think there is enough words of gratitude for what she has done. I asked tons of questions and not once did she make me feel as if I was a bother. She is a great asset to this law firm!

        I filed Chapter 13 with this law firm in 2018 and through April of this year I paid in over $130,000! My attorney was Koury Hicks. Everything was fine until I got a letter in the mail from US Bankruptcy stating my case was being dismissed. I called and emailed their office several times to try to understand why my case was dismissed. NO RESPONSE! They have my email and my phone number! Now I'm stuck dealing with the aftermath! For the amount of money I paid their office, I deserved better than this! I would advise you to tread carefully if you choose this firm.

      Dear Mr. McGee,Out of respect for your privacy and confidentiality, I certainly cannot go into depth regarding your case, I would note that while you are correct that your paid nearly $130,000 into your bankruptcy case, nearly all of that was paid to your creditors. That notwithstanding, you certainly are also correct that you are entitle to a full explanation of your case. Unfortunately, it appears that when your payments into the plan stopped last April, your Trustee obtained an automatic dismissal of your case without further warning. Both I and Koury Hicks stand ready to go into detail in these regards, as well as assisting you in resolving any lingering problems you have with your debts.Edward C.
