Durham Ridge Assisted Living

I worked for this company in 2024 which is this year the management is the worse I've ever seen to be in the caregiver industry! I would never send my loved one there very nasty. They curse at the patients and abuse them. They have roaches and the food is disgusting! They charge employees 5$ to eat the mess too. They have no regularity set for these dementia & Alzheimer's they need to see the same faces to feel some type of normal They also have no gate belts they are hand lifting when transferring.. the supervisor over the pca is very disrespectful to employees and patients they do not care in there

Hi happy new year , to keep you guys up to date on the business aspect of this place it is pretty much a will keep place they do serious background check an there not scared to closed doors in face there ok with questions an concernes but just don't be to bossy yes world it's a fighter her that is learning the way of life I still say it's a great place to place your family even in a crisis if they don't build it it will build you thank you for all the stuff you have shown me(may I add thank you for my big day hugs )

I use to work here a few months ago and this place is really dirty and ROACH infested!!! the roaches even crawl on the the patients when their - and I worked the night shift. A class action law suit NEEDS to be filed against this place!!! Im willing to testify in court about because this is WRONG! Place is never cleaned!!!

My mother stayed at Durham Ridge Assisted Living for several months this past spring. She has dementia. I visited her often; and every time I did, I was impressed at the positive and cheerful attitude of the hard-working staff. My mother had to be moved because she advanced to the need for a nursing home . It is difficult to leave a loved one in another living situation even for their own safety, but I was never worried that my mother was not properly and cheerfully cared for. I highly recommend Durham Ridge Assisted Living.
