Eno Pointe Assisted Living

It has such a homey feel, which is what we were looking for. So impressed that the dementia/memory residents are able to securely walk around all of the halls and not be trapped in their rooms. Staff knows all of the residents by name.

Eno Pointe is one of the most inviting, comfortable, friendly, and hospitable places we visited before finally placing my in-laws there. Everyone is always smiling! We have witnessed staff (director, kitchen staff, housekeeping, nurses, office personnel and maintenance workers) looking out for residents and offering assistance to those who looked like they might have been in need.

Staff is extremely professional and caring. Many times, I have personally witnessed staff being so loving towards residents in the facility. Families of residents of facility will boast their satisfaction as they are getting more supervision and care than one can possibly give if trying to care for them on their own. An absolute amazing staff to have and to be able to leave any family member under their care. I have been inside before restrictions started and continue to witness all of the hard work and caring attitudes of the staff.

My parents are in a much better place at Eno Pointe. I could not have done for them what Eno has been able to provide... 24/7 care, supervision, meals, snacks, activities, in house doctor visits, and so much more. So grateful for the love and attention given to them.

Staff and director need to be commended for all they do for the residents. I have been truly blessed with Eno Pointe! What a God send! Both of my parents have been there since July 2019 and thankfully have remained safe during the pandemic. ALL of the staff are amazing and have gone above and beyond to make sure residents get extra TLC with all of the Covid restrictions. We are so thankful for the professionalism and caring nature of the director Sandra. I've been able to experience the place before the pandemic and during the restrictions... the staff always takes time to make the residents and their family feel loved and welcomed. It's wonderful to be able to walk into a place and be able to greet the staff by name because they've been there so long. Eno has gone to great measures to help families visit their loved ones during the required Covid restrictions... from porch visits to covid safe meeting rooms inside. This is a hard time for everyone as we all face lockdowns, masks requirements, etc. I can not even begin to imagine how I (or my family) would be able to cope with the complexities of doctor visits, groceries, daily life if my parents were still in their apartment. It was a difficult and emotional decision to finally realize we needed help with both parents (with recent health issues and 91 and 92 years old). We can't thank Sandra and the rest of the staff enough for helping to make our decision a reality and to give us the peace of mind that we did the right thing for both of them. "Thank you" doesn't begin to be enough! You are a true blessing.
