Ty is prompt, knowledgeable, and fixed my ice maker. He knew exactly what the problem was, and came prepared with a part. If you have a Samsung appliance, these are the people you want. All for a reasonable price, and a 6 month labor guarantee. I'm happy.

This is how all businesses should operate! From quick, very genuine customer service from the first call to call back ahead to confirm the appointment to tech showing up on time. And the best part, in telling them the model number and what was going on, they pre-diagnosed the issue ahead of time and showed up with the right part on the diagnostic call. 20 mins later, replaced the part and everything worked perfectly. 3 mins to do all invoicing and payment on the spot and a warranty on parts and labor! And taught me about my stove to boot! Cannot say enough how great the whole experience was and this was true the first time we used them as well! You won't be sorry going with this great group! Very positive experience. The technician, Harry, arrived a few minutes early. I was given a 30 minute window for his arrival, not 2-3 hours as is the norm for service calls these days. He was polite, personable, knowledgable, and thorough. Spent about two hours repairing my Maytag front load washer. Provided detailed explanations through each step of the repairs. I learned a lot about the washer but won't work on it myself again. That's what caused most of the issues. YouTube is free but Harry's servoce call was worth every penny. Office manager Linda was also a pleasure to work with - friendly and on top of everything.
