University Hill Apartments

This apartment building is great! Specifically Larry and Ken on the maintenance team are awesome. I had a problem with my air conditioner recently and both of them worked on the issue for over 45 minutes to get it turned back on, and even came back a few minutes after they got it fixed to make sure everything was running smoothly!

I moved to UHill Apartments from NYC about 3 years. I ended up moving out after I became an employee. I missed it so much that I decided to come back just a few months ago! The location is awesome & your minutes away from everything you possibly need- target, Sams, restaurants just foot steps away, the mall, airport, Chapel Hill, Duke & Downtown Durham. I wouldnt have moved back if it werent for the amazing team that I work with but that also keeps the building running almost perfectly! Carlos, Mary, James, Ken & Larry work hard to keep this place as immaculate as possible. Thank you for making UHill feel like home again!

UHill is AMAZING! They have by FAR the best appliances I have ever had - brand new Samsung everything, including the refrigerator, oven range, microwave, washer, and dryer. The smart locks are super convenient as well. Since UHill uses Latch, which has an iOS widget, I can unlock my door with a simple tap, directly from my lock screen. And theres a keypad on the door if all else fails! All in all, UHill has absolutely top-notch interior finishes, plenty of kitchen storage, the VERY best appliances, and a superb location with downtown Durham and Chapel Hill just 10-15 minutes away. It has great amenities with coffee shops, restaurants, and a gym all within walking distance (a rare thing in NC!). I would highly recommend UHill, and you should at least tour it if youre looking for apartments in Durham!

Uhill is one of the best apartments in the area. It was well maintained, the pool is really nice. The leasing office staffs are extremely nice and helpful.
