Southpoint Crossing

After touring Southpoint Crossing, I am more than confident that this is the community I want to call home! Not only is it in an ideal location (near restaurants, shopping, and the American Tobacco Trail for biking), the staff were a pleasure to work with. While I happened to be in the area without an actual tour booked, the manager, Ashley, made time for me and answers my questions. She truly made me feel at home. Im not looking to move until August, but I am confident that this is the place for me and my fur baby.

I loved living there! The location was top tier as it is near surrounding stores and restaurants. Everything is an easy travel. The property staff is great especially Ashley, the property manager. She is very knowledgeable about the property and easy to talk to! We moved due to getting married and purchasing a home. I would recommend as a nice place to rent!

I loved living here for the short time I did. The property was always clean and well kept. I had amazing neighbors and noise was never an issue. Ashley the property manager always went above and beyond whenever any issues arose. She really made sure to make my living experience great!! The only reason I moved was because I got married and we purchased a home. Otherwise I would still be there.

Victoria met with me and was thorough in explaining floor plans, pricing, and amenities. The location is great, the grounds were clean and tidy. She took her time and she did a fantastic job.
