B & D Integrated Health Services

I came across the opportunity to Intern at B & D Integrated Health Services as a part of my MSW program. I have worked with their Intensive In-Home Services, and I have been amazed by the commitment and dedication B & D staff have for their clients. These providers sincerely go above and beyond to provide best care however possible, and the work climate in the Durham office is friendly, welcoming, and incredibly supportive. The professionals at B & D build rapport and care with clients, including with clients who have not yet experienced providers who do that. At B & D you are a part of a Team led with competent staff in their fields, and you have an opportunity to make a difference in the community for individuals, families, and those they encounter. Despite occasional tough cases and difficult predicaments, B & D ensures you never walk through it alone. I could not recommend them more as an employer.

B&D is a amazing place to be. I have only been here for a couple of months and feels like it has been forever. The staff is amazing! I have gained a whole new family outside of mine. The clinics that's offered and the therapies are amazing as well. I would recommend these services to anyone any day.

Hands down one of the best companies to work for in the triangle area. I have been a part of the B&D family since 2005. I can honestly say the professionalism that I have personally experienced has been exceptional. Dr. Lauren Durant has to be one of the most innovative and forward thinking CEO's in the behavioral health space over the last 15+ years in North Carolina. I feel that B&D can write to book on effective treatment to clients needing/ receiving community based services. You know the saying "Men lie, women lie, but numbers dont lie" ? Well if you just looked at the data B&D's evidence based practice will present the evidence of progress for clients receiving and benefiting from the provided services. Not only is this a great place to work if this is the field that you want to build your career but this a great place to get treatment if you are needing to overcome mental health/ substance use/ IDD challenges. I know I only have 2 thumbs but if I can give this company three thumbs up I would!!!!
