        I've tried to call about a dozen times as to not waste anyones time. Never got a answer. I mentioned that when I finally went in today and she said "well, we have customers". I stared at her expecting her to get what she just said to me. I said you obviously don't value your customer service, and she said "we give great service here." HHmmmm??

        The employees were eager to help. The building was way too small for the lines. The work area was conjested, untidy, and cramped. For NC, this was the most efficient license team I've seen.

        I think this agency does a very good job but after calling this morning and listening to the recording and not being able to speak with someone, I have to give 2 stars. It's important that any business should have someone answer the phone for customer questions. It just seems lazy on your part to not offer that to customers.
