Insurance Concepts

I wanna know how much all of those people got paid to say all of that nice stuff because Im a real customer and I called them at 1:35 pm today and it went to the answering machine and put me to the voicemail of Sarah and that was almost 2 hours ago and no one has called me back yet, so can someone please tell me where all of that great service is because I just dont see it. Everyone said they thought it was gonna take hours but that wasnt the case that it was 10 minutes and they had their quote.

I have been with Mr.Stanley for years, any problem I had I call Sarah or Stanley and both will fix my issue ..they call me and keep me informed .i had a bad car accident..i am so happy to be with insurance concepts ..Sarah is very professional,Respectful,very sweet.my whole family are at the same place ...Mr.Stanley always makes me laugh .

Loved the quick response and quote from insurance concepts. I expected to be sitting on the phone for at least 45 minutes going through general information, but that was not the case. i gave them my basic info and had a quote within 10 minutes & was very satisfied with the price. I had received three quotes from other companies and this was by far the best price with the best service. super satisfied so far !
