        Went to Dairy Queen tonight 04-01-2024 at the Dobson location 2359 Zephyr road, and ordered the $7 chicken basket, the flame thrower burger single combo, a nutter butter shake and a cookie dough chocolate chip blizzard. The chicken was cold, the fries was cold the toast was missing as well as my condiments the chicken box came with a sundae as to which I didnt get, instead of the single like I asked for it was upgraded to a double (didnt catch that until I was home) and when I went back to Dairy Queen I let them know I was missing the sundae as to which the cashier said give me a minute and Ill have that right out I said no problem things happen. He literally walked around the corner and got the sundae that had been made prior and handed it to me out of the window instead of making a fresh one. Needless to say I wont be returning to this location and they need to get their stuff together.
