I have never written a bad google review in my life. But I have to express my experience with Gibson Tax. My husband and I are both in the services. When we got home in August we called and were told everything was coming along smoothly. September rolled around and my husband called again. No problems. Finally Oct came and I was getting nervous. I called and receptionist whom was very kind and quick to help. She talked to Ben and relayed that they have waiting for a piece of information on our tax return. This was inhibiting the return to be complete. The receptionist was awesome. She called me back. Communicated to me through email and phone calls. I requested Ben to call me when he got the chance. He never talked to me. Everything was through reception. I felt disrespected and dismissed. Long story short the lack of communication caused my husband and I a great deal of stress. Because of the poor communication we ended up paying fees to the IRS. I felt badly about writing this review but I dont know anyone to have to waste money and time on a bad tax return. My husband and I will not be returning and I do not recommend Gibson Tax

Unprofessional and unorganized. Will be looking into the BBB and try to shut them down.
