        Superior customer service! Heidi has great product knowledge and you can tell she talks with a smile on her face. I call it smiling on the phone. In a day when good customer service is hard to come by Nocqua has it figured out!

        I was able to use my light system one time. The battery didn't last more than an hour and when I tried to recharge it the battery wouldn't take a charge. I called them to discuss but nobody answered the phone and nobody returned my message. They advertise a new and improved battery for $90+. I purchased a $300+ light system that doesn't work properly and now I need to buy a $90 battery to use it.
