Hey and the person that said bad drivers on a two lane road. I'll glad you were able to do a review after a safe driver was too slow. Thanks Tommy and Raye! New company not so much

This place is a total disappointment already and Im just getting started as a new customer. Contractor used them previously and it made sense to continue the relationship. Wrong. Customer service stinks. Hard to get a live person. Just to transfer service they require your social and perform a HARD CREDIT CHECK. I even specifically asked about the process and was misinformed saying its a soft credit check. Called the next day when I got an alert from Experian and was told we switched hands in April this is the new process from the same person at the local Denver office who told me the wrong information a day prior. Ridiculous. All this to get my tank filled once a year? Spare yourself and go literally anywhere else.

The ABSOLUTE WORST company to use!! They never answer the phone, they never call you back and they never email you back! My husband had to go to the office just to speak to someone. They will charge you for things you didnt know you would get charged for. It took me three months to even get an account number so that I could go online and pay my bill. They clearly dont care if they get paid or not. Choose any other company but them, I wish I would have known how bad they were before I signed up.
