As a private practice Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon for 16 years, I have consulted with Kevin Johnson for the past 14 years. Leverage Consulting has been an excellent investment in my professional career. Kevin is not the average practice management consultant who delivers a generalized one size fits all plan for the practice, but has the unique ability to understand the individual practices skill set and goals, then develop an individualized plan to optimize the practice for success. This has encompassed all aspects of practice management including attracting, training, and motivating a championship caliber team. Developing marketing strategies both external and internal to create a more robust referral base and raving fans of current patients. Strategies to deliver 5 star customer service to create a loyal referral base and patients who refer all friends and family. Continually identifying new goals for the practice and a plan of achievement to both challenge and motivate the entire team. The development of improved practice systems to create a more productive, less stressful, and more satisfied team. Since beginning our consulting relationship with Kevin 14 years ago, our practice has retained every member of our team for the past 10 years in the current difficult employment environment. Every member of our team has consistently grown professionally each year working towards our defined goals. Subsequently, weve consistently hit our production goals year over year. Our stress level is significantly decreased. Professional gratification of the entire team has never been higher. I am the practice manager for an oral maxillofacial surgery office in Texas. I attended Kevin Johnson's "Leading and Managing the Modern Oral Surgery Practice" Presentation at the 104h AAOMS annual meeting this year on September 15, 2022 in New Orleans. I have attended his lecture at previous annual meetings. We have used his services at our office. I was unsure if the material would be the same but wanted to go to find out as always take away an abundance of knowledge and ideas to implement in our office. Kevin once again delivered. His lecture touched on some similar topics and core ideas; however, it was also updated and current with today's ever evolving patient expectations post-pandemic. He is thought provoking and "instigates" questions for you to ask yourself/your team to truly make you a better, more cohesive unit and ultimately give 5 star care to your patients. 10/10 would recommend his lectures and consulting services!

I cannot recommend Kevin enough. I met Kevin at a conference 4 years ago at a time where I really thought my practice needed help. After talking to him and attending his lecture I hired him as a consultant for a year and it was the best decision I have made for my practice. His feedback was on point as he helped navigate some difficult staffing issue. He helped us with proper training and helped us support our team better. It was a critical year for my practice and I encourage every Oral Surgery Practice to really consider Kevin as a consultant. Its been a couple of years since I worked with Kevin and I still talk to him occasionally and I feel like my practice went on a amazing trajectory since we worked with him. He is a amazing consultant and an expert in what he does.
