        Five days post-closing, and I still hadn't received a copy of the HUD to finalize our account. Todd Wulfhorst failed to respond to multiple inquiries from my team and me regarding updates and necessary documents. When he eventually replied, his response included a snarky comment, suggesting I should have been present at the closing to collect the required documents. Unbeknownst to him, I had to attend a funeral that day. His unprofessionalism, attitude, delayed response time, and lack of consideration are the reasons I won't engage his firm's services in any future transactions. His behavior is truly regrettable.
