At no point during the sale of my home and purchase of a new one did I feel uncomfortable or pressured. He was masterful at navigating all of the important details which contributed to a great home buying experience. He is not only highly knowledgeable, but highly adept at clearly communicating and translating jargon for those of us who don't speak that language. I highly recommend him without hesitation.

The big thing when choosing a realtor is trust. Trust that they will support you with the best decision for you; trust they have the experience and competence not to mess up; trust they will refer you to the right people and; trust that they will keep your business confidential. Zack is all of those things. Came here to add to this as 2 years later Zack helped me with another real estate transaction. He helped me get a fair price during this tough real estate time and persevered thought the tenants tough schedule to do showings all so that I could sell the place without losing 1 months rent. Zack is a smart and steady realtor and experience matters.

We loved working with Zack and Katrina! We had a really tight time frame to sell our house in Ohio and find a house in Charlotte. They were so accommodating, listened to our wants and needs, and helped us find an amazing home in just one weekend.
