Extremely horrible service provided by them. Poor communication internally as well as with the property owners. No standards and horrible training program in place for their employees.
Christine was unprofessional and only cares about getting a paycheck. She does not listen to the property owners and would give up if faced with a slight challenge.
Please choose a different management company if you value your property.

Deplorable, unscrupulous landlord and equally untrustworthy people. Took years to get the simplest of safety hazards fixed in the house. Blatantly refused to address anything falling in disrepair outside the house. Deliberately stole over $650 in undue rent from us by overcharging our checking account. Loves double charging tenants at checkout for un-executed services as a means to claim all of tenant's security deposit. Was unresponsive when we tried to recoup our funds for said overcharges. Be prepared to protect your interests if you elect to rent from this firm.

Update. I visited the property while visiting neighbors and the items they charged me for were not even fixed. I was so surprised. The residents still have the same carpet the owner went into extensive detail about replacing to me and the new renter. Same story. So the carpet has been in the property for at least 10 years. The kitchen floor still has water damage so you have to hide it with a rug or you will cut your feet. Same story to every renter.
Disappointed. I rented the property for 2 years. I kept in constant contact with the company sent pictures of landscaped lawn decorated house. The neighbors thought we bought the house because only homeowners would have taken such care. The grass was in awful condition entire front and back yard were weeds. After move out I was charged for a patch of grass that was from a basketball hoop. it was just a charge that they can charge for. The prior neighbor was probably charged for a circle were the firepit was but it wasnt repaired for us. We were charged for paint in which the contract says please dont paint because they use their in house paint guy to repair so they give you a credit. I never received the credit. We were rented with older than 10 years carpet and upon move in owner of company said If you cant live with it well change it. After I spoke with her she said well the owner rather replace everything when you move out but still increased the rent and hid the kitchen floor damage under a rug for us to discover after move in. It was a twist on words they never planned to repair carpet.
Just prepare to not get your deposit back. Its a profit for the rental company because they can.

Christine and Adam Blake properties have been wonderful to work with! We moved to the Concord area 18 months ago along with a number of other families. She found us all homes to rent, got us in on time and easily and the entire process was worry free. Now that we are purchasing a home she helped us to complete the move out process and has already put another tenant in our rental. I work in real estate and they are the best I've seen. If you are looking for a property management company to work with use Christine and her team. If you're looking to rent make sure it's managed by Adam Blake properties!
