We recently hired NuBlue to replace two tank water heaters with tankless water heaters. The company was efficient, asked detailed questions, and was super prompt in getting Jacob to our house to assess the job. Austin, Paul, Levi, Mike, & Malcolm performed the work the next day and were very professional, enthusiastic about their craft (for real), and worked a long day until the work was complete. The work areas were left clean and they made sure we were happy with everything before leaving. We will definitely call NuBlue for future plumbing needs! Service: Water heater installation

This was my first time using Ease Plumbing and the fact that I'm writing a review says it all, because I NEVER write them. However great service needs to be recognized. I needed to find a new water heater, because the old one had started leaking. The great customer service started with Tasha who listened patiently and even gave me her direct line so that I could follow up on what we discussed. Next I met Paul Glover and Joe Moore who came out to remove the old tank and install the new one. They were polite, personable and professional. They allowed me to ask a million questions, as this was my first experience in replacing a water heater, and answered each one with a smile. After everything was completed, they cleaned up leaving my garage looking like they were never there. If I have future plumbing needs, i will most certainly call Ease Plumbing and request Joe and Paul. Honestly, I think the rating system should go higher than 5 stars, because they rated much much more. UPDATE: an unexpected situation occurred with the new water heater and Tom Sheperd and Joe Moore sprang into action. The Phenominal customer service continued and they worked to determine the problem and fix it.. Their work ethic and customer service guarantees that I would use this company again.
