Lisas knowledge and advice has helped me gain a better understanding of what I need to do on a daily basis to live a healthier lifestyle in a realistic manner. She created a personalized plan based on my likes and dislikes with my goals in mind. She also made suggestions on some substitutions vs. totally eliminating a food group or snack. Lisa is easy to talk to and helps me see the positives in my choices. She also always explains the whys and didnt just give me some macro numbers to follow. I really enjoy working with her as I work towards my goals.

Lisa Buckley is an absolute gem and so wonderful to work with! Super insightful, incredibly kind, and an expert in her craft. I never leave a session with her without learning something valuable and feeling equipped with the knowledge and tools I need for long-term success. She also takes the time to really dive deep and learn more about your habits/goals to personalize her care to fit your specific needs. On top of that, she always has great recommendations for new things to try or ways to effortlessly tweak existing meals to make them healthier. I never feel restricted or shamed, but rather encouraged and empowered to make better choices. So grateful for Lisa's dedication to her work. She is THE best!
