        I have always said that the success of any business depends on the quality of their staff and there is nothing worse than coming to a store and not finding anyone to help because the employees are chitchatting and not at all interested in the customer. This Ulta branch has a great staff and I want to mention one young lady in particular, Sarah. It is easy to put makeup on a 20, 30, or 40 year old and get great results, but what about a seventy year old like me? She just goes that extra mile and helps find the best product for you.

        I am so excited to have an Ulta in Cornelius! I have been in a few times and the staff has always been helpful. Most recently, I had an amazing experience with Jessica! I was searching for a new CC cream after using the same one for years. She recommended a different one that I have been using for a month now and absolutely love it! The best part is she also recommend toner pads that have literally changed my life!!! I had been dealing with dry skin for months and had tried everything including expensive facials. Jessica told me my skin would be fixed the next day and I was skeptical but sure enough after months of battling dry skin it was practically gone the next morning. I now recommend these to all my friends. Thank you, Jessica, for your patience and genuine advice.
