        I was going to give 1 star, but gave an extra star for the good location and neighborhood. The reason I am giving poor rating is due to their outrageous rent hike upon lease renewal. I was paying $1850 per month for 3 bedroom apartment, and then it went up to $2500 per month on lease renewal. Rent is much higher if I decide to do lease renewal less than 6 months. Never seen apartment rent going up so high in just one year. Think twice before leasing.

        I love my apartment and the location. The amenities are wonderful. My dog and I love the pet park and that the whole area is so dog friendly. The office team is amazing and really helpful. They greet us daily with smiles and dog treats for Bailey.
