Brought my 2022 Volvo 860 with Def Leveling Sensor Problem, just Part itself costs 900$,Thanks God It was Under warranty, They Fixed it with No problem, No Any Payment, BIG THANKS TO SEBASTIAN AND MIKE WHO RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE! I APPRECIATE UOUR HARD WORK! some shops charges you even your Truck Under Warrenty( i have experienced several times) be Careful, Know Your Rights, cause you guys working Hard to pay off for your Semi Truck!

Would stay away if you do not want to be ripped off. $830 just to change brake pads. I have a 2004 Chevy express 3500 box truck That my disabled father uses as an RV to live out of. My dad called Vanguard to discuss doing a full brake job on my vehicle. He explained that I would be traveling from Winston Salem to get this work done, and the vehicle is a converted camper so he would need to be in and out in one day. He first spoke on the phone with Sebastian, and he discussed how they could get him in and out in one day, and also how they are not in the business of changing unnecessary parts and having you pay for something you do not need. Well, my dad arrives first thing in the morning to have the work done and tells them to get with him once they look the breaks over to discuss what needs fixed. Well hours and hours go buy of him waiting in the lounge and he hears nothing from anyone. Finally, it gets closer to 2 pm and they come and tell him all he needed was pads and the work is complete. This was not what was asked for as My dad wanted them to discuss it with him before any work was done, and he wanted a complete break job. he questioned this as a full break job includes pads, hoses, rotors, calipers, and mixing new and old parts can create issues. He gets 30 mins down the road and the brakes start smoking. he then proceeds to return to the truck center as they did not do their job. He was now dealing with the service manager who is standoffish. Then they proceed to change two calipers and TELL him they change both hoses, my dad had me look under the truck and come to find out they only replaced one. They still did not change the rotors but at this point my dad is tired of fighting to get them to do their job right. HE proceeds to pay for the parts, but they did not charge labor as it was their mistake. Well, he leaves, and the brakes are still not right they are making a squealing noise which if you get a brake job, they should sound new and not do this. Well today my dad calls them and tells them it's still not right, he speaks with the service manager again and he wants to argue with him and belittle him. Stay away, should not pay top dollar to be ripped off and robbed, and the work still not be right and have to fight to get it fixed. They may do you right if you have a fleet of vehicles, otherwise theyll just take advantage of you. My dad finally decided to count this as a loss. STAY AWAY. I will be submitting a review on BBB. Was supposed to be a complete brake job yet it's still not right and Im out over $1100. My dad is disabled, and I paid to have this work done for him, now I'll have to spend more money and do it myself to make sure it gets done right.

Are crooks if you are a private individual taking your private vehicle there beware you will be over charged was charged 830 bucks for pads to be changed on a Chevy Express 3,500 cutaway, when they were supposed to be doing a complete break job, but only changed pads , when I left only made it to statesville before caliper locked up and was smoking , had to take it back to them was there from 7:45 to 7:30 at night, was like pulling teeth to get them to change all the break parts, they never change the rotors, and only changed one break hose after I was told they changed both looked at bull they only changed one , I paid them like another 300, left didnt make it to Winston Salem before breaks started squealing every time I hit the brakes to come to stop, been doing it a bout a week though maybe it would work its self out but hasnt called them today the service manger was very rude Stand offish and defensive, people shouldnt have to fight to get the job done right to begin with, a complete break job is two hoses two rotors two calipers and pads , they charge all this labor , but an act of congress to get them to change all the parts, beware of doing business with them , and they just put the cooked locked up pads back on the truck they should have been replaced also , now Im going to have to pay another shop, to break it down again, to change rotors pads again and a hose , and have it vacuum bled again after being out almost 1,200 to 1,300 bucks Beware beware ,
