Highly recommend!!! As the executor of my dads estate, I hired Pam. I am not local and heavily relied on her expert guidance throughout the process. It was incredibly emotional prepping for an estate sale and making our childhood house market ready (deep cleaning, landscaping, etc). I would have been lost and could not have done any of this without her and her team!!! She went well beyond her role by driving to Charlotte to help load and unload a huge truck of household items/furniture that was included in the estate sale. Most importantly, she was caring, patient, and supportive. She ensure we got the best offer even with a major hiccup in the inspection. She addressed the concern by having her contractor to evaluate issue with buyers and helped negotiate the optimal price. She made me feel like I was her #1 client at all times, which is amazing because I know she was swamped. Our relationship evolved from being my relator to a true friend.
