        We have lived in our home for over 2 years now and we still haven't gotten our on going floor problems fixed. I thought for sure Madison would have fixed this problem by now but no!! We let Pat Hirtz know of these problems prior to moving in and he said he hadn't seen this happen with the floors in any of his other homes but he would get it taken care of. This including many other punch list items. This was January 2021. Pat just up and retired in spring 2021 and never even let us know just left us high and dry. I Just happened to see it on Madison Facebook. Very unprofessional!! I have since then called and emailed numerous individuals at Madison and they all say they will get it taken care of but let me tell you after two years of trying I will believe it when I see it!! Thanks for not doing as you promised Chris Spears, Dave, Mike B. And now supposedly Kevin who keeps saying he's waiting on Mike B the VP of Madison for approval. Come on Madison own up to your promise and please fix our floors!!! I finally got our kitchen cabinets completed on my own calling installers directly. With no help from Madison. If only I could do the same with my floors. Do NOt use this company you will regret it. I do Not and Will Not recommend Madison Homes. They say you have a warranty with them but I haven't found this to be true...

        We had a great experience with Madison at first. Ryan and Wendy at the Conover office went above and beyond to accommodate us and help us through the building process. They were quick to respond and very professional. My husband and I arent completely happy with the quality of work that was produced, but that was okay because we could create a punch list that they would fix through a warranty. We moved in, in August of 2020 and still have items on the punch list that have not been completed. We have the floor popping in several places, a door to the garage that will not shut all the way so it will blow open with the wind and a scratch on the master bath window. I have emailed Stuart (head of maintenance) and Mike(VP) and for the past 2 months I have not gotten a response back. I dont recommend Madison and have not recommended Madison to any of our friends.

That said, I directly communicated to you yesterday advising that we are trying to coordinate a time with our framers/flooring guys to be onsite and complete any necessary adjustments. When we were told your punch work was still incomplete, we thought we addressed it, but didn't follow up to make sure it was completed.
