My family just switched from Spectrum to Verizon last month. We went to the location in Conover and Derrick Malbon was our service representative. He is so good at his job! Incredible service! He made everything so easy for us. We are so happy with our service that we just switched to Verizon Internet as well. I sent Derrick a message about adding internet and he took care of it. If you are looking for customer service at it's best, I highly recommend Derrick.

Joey Wilson is my go-to guy for all of my company's phones, tablets, screen protectors and anything cellular related. Not only does he take care of us when we're in store but he follows up and checks on us periodically. That's a high level of service and greatly appreciated.
