NAPA Auto Parts - Flowers Auto Parts

I went by there to go get a part and I still have like 20 minutes before they close they already closed and they all 4 in there smiling and laughing about it as I left and went and sat back down in my truck and was looking at the time where It said 5:30 and where I was there at 5:10 so I don't recommend this place.

I have to leave a review on my visit here I called these people needing radiator hoses for my 1998 ford mustang very respectful lady answers tell her what I need and says we don't have them in stock but if you give me an hour we will have them here sure enough about 35 min later get a call and there ready for pick up. I have gave up on every other parts store from this experience and will start buying what I need here and if your the manager reading this you make sure to tell all your employees what good customer service they provide thanks again. I was looking for a very small part; cover for cigarette lighter. If I had to get the part at the Dealership, it would have costed about 10 times as much. This lady at Napa worked diligently looking up a part that could possibly fit. Kudos to NAPA!
