Best surgical experience ever. In my past surgeries, I wake up with severe vomiting. This team heard my concerns and knew what to do. For the first time I had zero vomiting. Pain under control. Pre Op was A+. I don't recall post op since I was still knocked out. However, the messaging system to keep family members informed was spot on. I was moved to a floor in the main building for recovery and the rest of my stay. This was an equal A+ experience. Such a caring facility. Every single hired employee has a smile on their face and a happy demeanor. I would definitely use this facility again if needed.

I cannot recommend this place enough. The nurses and staff went above and beyond to make myself and husband feel comfortable. We knew what to expect each step of the way. There was a long waiting period but we were checked on often just to see if we needed anything. During my surgery my husband was kept updated on everything going on. The after surgery care was outstanding!!! Anytime I needed anything they were quick to supply even though they where busy. During check out they were helpful in explaining after care and helping me into my vehicle. So extremely grateful for this place.

Atrium Cabarrus Surgery Center is a very nice facility, they have a patient tracking system so families don't have to guess about patient whereabouts. I want to say thank you to the front desk, billing and the nursing staff and assistants for all your kindness and help. I recommend this facility.

Nice staff - just long hours of waiting! Parking lot K for patient drop off. Currently, only one visitor per patient.

The pristine surroundings and excellent staff depart the building when there is no longer any humanity left to understand that a 1.5-year-old infant just had a tube down his throat. It is not pleasant to awaken to a stranger in pain, bewilderment, or disorientation if there is no understanding training to address this. The nice building, its just a nice building. Speeding us out of the building because the staff was insensitive to the child's pain. haste to get a crying baby out the door has made my memory of our kid in pain bittersweet. Maybe the nurse lacked the necessary expertise or, at the very least, the compassion to attempt to comprehend that the kid was coming out of the trauma and you wanted to shut him up, I, as the parent, felt extremely furious at myself for allowing this to happen. Feeling prejudiced for not raising my concern while attempting to ease the suffering of my children. On March 8th, 2023, our 1.5-year-old with eating problem received an endoscopy while under anesthesia. The experience of reaching our child in agony and dizzy with nurses attempting to silence him was far worse than the high anxiety levels! the nurse read the discharge paperwork while we both tried to soothe our infant as we them were rush out! By far the worse!
