        Went in to purchase a pair of Uggs. Did not get to buy anything because all the employees did was gather at the checkout desk and talk to each other

        Made a return in store on 11/12 and the employee submitted it as an exchange. I still have not received that refund on my card after talking to a handful of ppl. It is now 12/03 and now they are saying there is no record of all our conversations. All this because employee #707120 doesnt know how to do her job!!!!!! She should not be working there, she was very rude when helping me out as well. So clueless.
