I came here when one of my best friends and fellow officer (RIP) recommended John Norris as a great counselor for PTSD. He was right, as it's been a blessing ever since. I realize that every patient's experience can be different, but as for me, it has been nothing but pleasant and very helpful.

Scheduling is a hassle. Had a visit with my primary back in April and had to wait 4 months to get referred over. Come the day of the appointment on the second Tuesday of August, (as I can't make Mondays work with my responsibilities at work) I'm told I was scheduled the prior day. Now I'm on a waiting list to be seen by November. What a mess. Just know they probably will put you on a different day and make you wait ANOTHER several months to be seen, and shrug you off when you ask for an answer as to why it was not the date you were supposed to have.

Dr. Bhimani is a wonderful Psychiatrist. 10 out of 10 on everything. Top notch!
I have been going here for many many years. I have never had one problem with this office. When I need something they have always taken care of it right away!
