        They messed up, and now they won't talk to us.We ordered a few hundred thousand labels for our product. The labels look wonderful, but the machine that cuts the excess off cut a little too deep. We ran the first spool and it kept ripping the paper backing. Fast forward to realizing the paper backing had been perforated and i tried to get a RMA. Now, two months into trying to get a RMA and John Frantz nor Karen Carpenter will even reply. Maybe in 2021 they had good customer service, but that era is over. Don't waste your money, look elsewhere.
