Center for Emotional Health - Concord

Save yourself from wasting time, find another office to go to. These people don't care about you or your time. They play games. I showed up 10 minutes early for my first appointment. Apparently they wanted me there 30 minutes early, because they canceled the appointment. I called out of work for this and drove 25 minutes. Appointment was for 8:45 they wanted me there at 8:15. I showed up at 8:35. They canceled my appointment and said there was nothing they could do it's their policy. Why didn't you just say my appointment was at 8:15. Mind you there was nobody in the lobby or the parking lot. The building was empty. The reception lady said they don't use the atrium app to send messages or appointment info. They also don't bill through the atrium app. This place is sketchy.

Excellent and caring staff! The PA is awesome, she treats my daughter so well. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking help with their mental health.

The PA I see is great and caring. My issue is that the office owes me a large amount of money. They have promised to pay repeatedly. I feel they are dishonest and untrustworthy

I literally can't stand this place! They never answer the phone and u always have to wait for them to call u back. Then I needed to reschedule an appointment with the exact same therapist (it was my first time with this one) and the girl says she can't because the therapist isn't accepting new patients?? What?? I literally have an appointment with her so why can't u just move it?? I'm the same person!! They're so ridiculous at this place.
