Man who dealt with us was rude, SHORT, and annoyed to be doing anything for us. Bad attitude. Not even a slight attempt to be friendly, especially when dealing with my high school senior looking to rent a tux. Thanks to this guy we walked out and bought a Tux at Belk for less.

If I could give zero stars I would. I made an appointment online to get fitted and pick out suits to rent for my wedding. We showed up for our appointment and everything from there was wrong. The lady at the counter ignored me for several minutes while I was standing there waiting to check in. Finally she said go to the desk over in the back and the gentleman would help us. I walk back to the desk where a guy was sitting and he was just chatting with a couple folks, never greeted me, didnt even look at me. Finally I said what I was there for and he acted put out by me being there. Apparently there was a couple things that needed to be filled out which was fine. He was not super helpful at explaining options and said pick out examples of what you want. I expected to be measured and that didnt happen, I expected to be able to maybe try a couple things on to see if I liked them, nope that didnt happen. He had the color option we wanted and my fiance had to ask to see it. He told us to come back in a month to get fitted and everything would be ready for my wedding. $260 plus $20 per day till I return the rental. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? I wasnt even getting anything crazy. Also I drove out there expecting to take care of everything and we didnt do anything. I felt like the people working in this store could give zero care for customers and that is really upsetting. I was excited to pick out my suit and they made it so uncomfortable and so off-putting that I never want to return. This is supposed to be a happy and exciting experience and I got the total opposite. Now I am looking elsewhere and at other ideas because I will not be treated like that again.

Yo! Its expensive there. Just have your pocketbook or wallet ready. However, they have an exceptional collection. And the workers there are warm, friendly and welcoming. Which is what a company should thrive for their workers to be like.

NEVER I repeat never go this location I made the mistake of choosing this location for getting groom and groomsmen suits here for my wedding. Worst customer service wrong measurements, stuff had to get sent back multiple times, multiple trips to the store, and being told different things from different staff members. Also, my groom was told since ALL 6 of his groomsmen were also getting suits from there as well, that his suit would be no charge. 3 days before our wedding he went to go pick it up and was told he owed the full amount for his suit. The staff member said he couldnt do that even though he was told that it would be done. A wedding isnt something to mess around with and dealing with this location added unnecessary stress to an already stressful time period. Two of the Groomsmen went to the Lake Norman location and had no problems at all. Save yourself the trouble and stress and avoid this Concord Mills location.
