        Besides getting an amazing facial, she is more than just your esthetician. You would have difficulty finding someone as knowledgeable and as kind as Carmen. From walking in her studio, you are greeted with a soft welcoming environment with no stress. She is always there to answer questions. I couldnt recommend her more.

        I've had facials in Las Vegas, NYC, LA, Newport Beach, and many other big cities in this country. Recently I bought a home in Charlotte and found this AMAZING place to have a peel, facial, and many other services! Carmen is spectacular! She is someone who truly cares about her clients and their skin over anything else, including dollar! Ive honestly never seen anything like her! She is one of the most knowledgeable skin care professionals that I've ever come across. I could not be happier with the services provided, and I will be a long term client for sure! I highly recommend her!

        Carmen's a magician. I'm not sure when she learned magic, but my scars are gone and my skin is glowing. Listen to her and buy everything she recommends. You won't regret it. Worth every penny!

The spa is extremely clean and beautiful! She is ALWAYS on time. I never had to wait 1 minute for my appointment her app management is on point! Highly recommended.
