I see Dr. Fowler he is so great and he takes his time talking to you. I have been seeing him since December 1998 I have ulcerative colitis and mine has now been in remission since 2011

Went to Carolina digestive on December 1 Dr Rothwell is very nice and so are the staff having to get I want to doctors After moving to a different state is never easy the staff and the doctor made me feel welcome

Nether Dr Fowler or his staff will ever call me back with test or procedure results I had a CT approximately 8 weeks ago . I called back several weeks later and left a message on his Asst. answering machine stating I never got the results and that I didnt have a PIN number to check it on the portal even if it was put on there. Still no call, text, nothing. This is totally un acceptable and dis respectable. The last visit I waited over an hour before I got to see him., but yet they expect you to be there early. If I could give zero stars I would. My daughter was referred here by an emergency room physician for follow up. It was easy enough to schedule THAT appointment. When we got there the doctor we had seen was very dismissive. My daughter and I both said we were made to feel as if it was a bother for us to be seen. The doctor actually starting walking out of the room while we were still asking questions! At this point we were told for my daughter to obtain a stool sample that took 6 WEEKS to get the results for a possible c-diff infection! An MRI was also ordered at that time. The hospital has been trying to contact this office on numerous occasions to confirm the order and request for them to get insurance approval but hasnt received a call back causing us to have to cancel this diagnostic test twice. We have called the insurance company ourselves who also states the doctor office will not call them back. I get things are different in this current environment but this is simply unacceptable behavior. If you are sick and in need of care this is not the office to go to! My husband has seen another doctor at another location for routine testing and experienced great care so we were amazed at how poorly my daughter was treated. Totally unacceptable!
