Good place people are friendly

Very friendly but not at all timely. I appreciate that they got me in for a quick oil change so after discovering that I had a faulty caliper I gave them the rest of my business to replace it, a rotor and some break pads. I was quoted $700 for a 2 hour job. I came back the next day at 9am to get it done and had my 16 month old son with me. I left for 2 hours and called them and they said they needed another hour or hour and a half. Getting nervous because my son's nap time is around 11:30 I continued to keep him busy around downtown concord with no car or means of transportation. We showed an hour later and the car still wasn't done and was quoted 30 more minutes. At this point they realized they had no brake fluid so they had to wait to get it delivered. At this point, my son is whining, I'm stressed, he threw up on himself and finally was so exhausted he fell asleep in his stroller. We had to cancel our afternoon plans on top of being stranded and didn't leave there until 2pm. It took nearly 5 hours to do a 2-hour job. The owner did apologize and I did not ask for any money off in hopes that they would just do the right thing and not charge full price for the major inconvenience that threw off our entire day. They set the wrong expectation and could not make it right and for that I will not be back.
